"I play music with animals. I've tried it with ravens, dolphins, bellbirds, frogs, orcas, humpback whales, lobsters, elk, wolves."

Using a wide range of instruments, from the 1000 years old wood "dolphin sticks" and "wales drums" that the Australian aborigines were using to call the whales, to the good ol' electric guitar and even a specialy designed Peavey mandolin to play with high pitched dolphins and many other species...Now listen to these underwater strange and beautiful melodies.

A new eccentric way to express yourself in the streets using audio tapes and a modified tape player. Stick the audio tape on a wall, then with the "playhead spray can" (the modified tape player) you are ready to listen to the hidden messages on the tape !!!
How these american students came up with that nerdy idea, i don't know, but i can't resist to post something here . The art of bricolage is always fascinating ...

Another incredible project from The Graffiti Research Lab using a high-tech L.A.S.E.R. TAG system.
In its simplest form the Laser Tag system is a camera and laptop setup, tracking a green laser point across the face of a building and generating graphics based on the laser's position which then get projected back onto the building with a high power projector.

1930's Ipod cane !

WALKER CAN TUNE IN WITH RADIO IN CANE

So that a pedestrian may enjoy broadcast programs wherever he goes, a German, inventor, Alfred Mintus, has devised what he calls a “radio walking stick.” Outwardly it resembles an ordinary cane, but the interior contains a miniature receiver and batteries. The user has merely to plant the stick in the ground, adjust a pair of pocket ‘phones to his ears, and listen in, as illustrated in the photograph.
It only remains now for the inventor to perfect the apparatus so the pedestrian need not interrupt his walk while listening in, a possibility foreseen by the inventor of the cane.
